Boston SPZ60 & Boston Z6, differences??

Can anyone that's used/owned/heard these two sets tell me what the differences are between them in overall sound and performance?

LOL No, man, just like I said in the title....as you know, I'm bi-amping a set of Pro60SE's right now, but I was curious to know about the differences of those two sets.

oh sorry..I didn't realize Boston made a set called the SPZ60 and a set called the Z6.

I thought the SPZ60's replaces the z6..I dunno..lol

No worries, man. Yeah, azpparently they're about as pricey as the Z6's. I just can't seem to find anywhere locally where I can listen to Boston components.

I had the Pro60's and Z6's. Pro60 was about 80% of what the Z6's did, Pro60 had a bright characteristic to them, though, but easily tamable(sp?). Actually, I felt like the Pro60 had more midbass than the Z6's did, but the Pro60's were produced after the Z's.

I now have the SPZ60's, awesome midbass and even sub-bass, the new tweeter on the SPZ set is pretty nice as well, very smooth and very detailed for metal domes. I can not get over the fact of how well those midbasses do their job.

The Z6 is last years version of the SPZ60.
