Boston Pro6.5 or Pro60's, who's had experience with both

Just as the title says, just looking for some of you guys findings that has owned both sets or has heard both sets. What are your views or what do you think are some differences between the two sets. Well, I ordered a set of Pro 6.5's from Indoaudio on Ebay and was absolutely PISSED when they sent me Pro60's. I installed them anyway though and was pleasantly inclined to them after I listened a while... enough so that I kept them. I would pretty much guess that %90 would be happy with either speaker, but maybe that's just me.

Refresh me, but are the Pro6.5's the older version, and the Pro60's are the new ones? Because if thats the case, the Pro60's are miles ahead IMO. Not only are the 6.5'' and old and discountinued product, but the pro60's have much better crossovers and the woofers are better designed.

I have talked to quite a few people that have had or still have Boston's. The only complaint that i know of is they are pricey. I was looking to get some but it is too much for me to pay. Otherwise Iveheard nothing but good things about them...

this is exactly the reason i bought them too, everyone said great things and not a single person could come up with anything bad besides: " you might find the tweeters harsh ". Another reason was that I had a 300x2rms class A/B 2 channel amp I wanted to use for my front stage //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif

Now that I have them I wouldn't touch anything else, seriously.

Pro 6.5's are the Older Versions of the Z6's, the model before the Z6's came out, the Pro 60's are a level Lower than the Z6's

I thought that the 6.5's where replaced by the 60's, I didn't know that the Z6 was what actually replaced the 6.5's.........
