Boston G5/GTR vs JL HO122RG W3v3

I currently have the Boston G5/GTR 12" combo in 1 cube in my Mazda3, Wondering if the JL HO122RG W3v3 (1 12" W3v3 sub) version ported sub box will sound any better or worse? The JL box has a nice compact design. Just wondering or is the HO W6v2 a better choice?

I just bought a 10w6v2 in the JL H.O. box for less then I could buy the sub alone so I bought the hole deal. I dont need the box but for the hell of it I powered it up with 700rms and it really gets loud. For 1 10" sub it sounds amazing. Its alot louder then 2 10's sealed I have done before.

I would think the ported JL box you are looking at would be louder.
