Boston Acoustics?

I know, I dabble in old and outdated equipment, but I am looking for a low-budget SQ system. One 10" is all I need. I found a Boston Acoustics Generator for a good low price on eBay but I am wondering if it will hit low enough in a sealed box. I would prefer close to 20 Hz and I would like to know if this manualhttp://www.bostonacoustics.com/Manuals/GenSpecs.pdf states that. Thanks for your help!
