Boston Acoustics sub and box g11ops ?

I want a little bass in a 06 Jeep Liberty. Do you think this would be good. Im looking for SQ vs SPL, but want to have something that has a little loudness. Any ideas. Looks cheap and thats what I want.

I think for getting new, in a ported enclosure its not a bad price if it includes shipping.

But most would probably just tell you to get a better sub for that price used and build a box.

If I don't buy it, I will be using something that will be in a sealed box. I know ported will be louder, but I don't want to build a ported box. Looking for 500 watts or lower. The boston box looks great and hope it would make something a litte louder then a sealed. But SQ is my main goal.

Great deal on that Boston sub, get it!

My winter beater system is pair of Boston G1 12s on 900rms in a big/low tuned box and they get pretty loud for entry level subs and they are some of the best sounding subs I have ever heard.

For that price, id'e definitely get it. It's tuned lower than most pre-fab enclosures somewhere around 35-36 hz so you'd be seeing better sq than most other pre-fabs. I think you'll be pleased.

Gotta second these guys! Grab the G1 while you can still can. Excellent subs and can take well more than rated power.
