I have a 4 channel amp that is almost like new. one of the piece of the grill thing broke though. I couldn't find out much about the amp but I tested it out and it can make the speakers get loud and clean.

Here are specs that a member on here found for me:

Amplifier Output Details 45 Watt - 4 Ohm - 12.6V DC - 4 channel(s)

70 Watt - 2 Ohm - 12.6V DC - 4 channel(s)

140 Watt - 4 Ohm - 12.6V DC - 2 channel(s)

190 Watt - 2 Ohm - 12.6V DC - 2 channel(s)

55 Watt - 4 Ohm - 14.4V DC - 4 channel(s)

90 Watt - 2 Ohm - 14.4V DC - 4 channel(s)

190 Watt - 4 Ohm - 14.4V DC - 2 channel(s)

240 Watt - 2 Ohm - 14.4V DC - 2 channel(s)

The amp looks exactly like the Boston GT-40
