Body Fat Analyzers/Scale

You will get a more accurate number going and getting the testing done at a local gym where they can put you in the water and figure it out that way.. There are also the scales but nothing will be as acurate as the water thing from what I have heard.

 
I dont know if its worth $75.

I dont know how accurate they are. This really fat kid in my class did it, and it said he had like a 12% body fat. While the really skiny kids had like 10% or something

I think the ones on the scales work pretty good, maybe you can do the water one just once as it would get expensive then test a few scales and see which is the closest to the correct number.

wow...maybe most the meat that was on the skinny kid was mostly fat..?

 
ive heard the best way is to have your fat pinched in many different places with one of those calipers. according to my exercise class i had last semester thats the best way at least.

edit: and they still talked about all the other ways, water displacement, electrical resistance test, etc.

 
The kid was like OMG im only 12% body fat. He then started to brag how much muscle he had. Kid cant even bench 200 and hes like 300. Everyone precoded to laugh at him
300 pounds w/ only 12 percent body fat is pretty lean for being that big. Most people around 300 are more like 30% body fat
