Sold BNIB Rockford Fosagate 25 to Life Power 1000

I'm starting this thread b/c all the other equipment from my old one one sold and I was getting tired of bumping it. Once again I'm trying to sell my BNIB Rockford Fosgate Power 1000. The is still in its factory wrap from RF and still has everything intact (including the SnapOn screwdriver). If I remember correctly, per the birthsheet its rated for 112x4 @ 4ohms and 938x1 @ 1ohm on the 5th channel. I'm was originally asking $475 shipped but since that didn't get the job done, I'll drop the price to $450 shipped.
