I bet it will come close......I know several people have ran these Okur series amps at 1/2..........a friend of mine had the 3500 and clamped it at almost 4800 at 1/2 with plenty of electrical to back it up.......

A7 Beast line of amps, and really strong, my 7500 clamped 76xx watts at .5 and that was with the voltage at 10.8 lol really strong amps.
