Yes it is I actually bought it from a guy on here a long time ago. As far as I know it is complete BNIB I never used it.

Paypal is usally the easiest and best way to do it. I am asking $125 shipped so all you do is send me $125 thru paypal and give me your shipping address on the notes option when you send the money then I will ship it to you.
