CRX, the one you posted a link for is an L2, not the same as a SLVR, not sure what exactly the differences are but they are different phones, the OP's could be a L6 which is the slvr without the itunes software, the L7 is the slvr with it, *i think* the only difference between the 2 is the itunes software, not sure though

no its brand new not a refurb. I will load up some pics later. The l2=SHITTY... lacking many of the features the l6= lackin few features but mainly iTunes l7= cream of the crop. best of the best. with iTunes
