I'm in the process of cleaning and I've come to terms with the fact that I'm not going to use this amp. I purchased 2 400.4's at the time, but I'm only in need of one, along with the sub amp.
As you all know, Cewin Vega EXL's are some of the best deals this side of $300. The EXL's uses the same board as some of the Arc amps. I have personally benched a couple of them and I can say that they will give rated power and a tab bit more. Unregulated power supply.
This is a great amp for an active install and the built in crossover is flexible enough to run an active set up internally,w/ properly selected drivers.
Listed at 60x4 @ 4ohms, 200x2 @ 4ohms bridged. Ratings are conservative. Factor about 15% more @ 14.4v.
Also, this amp includes a 2 year warranty through Cerwin Vega.
