blue tooth steering wheel control Pac sw1

Hello, I have a mazda cx-9 and has steering wheel control for audio and blutooth to asnswer and siconnect calls, when the pac sw1 got installed on 2010 they could not get the bluetooth fuction to work.

do i need to get axxess interface to get this to work?

I can also only use the up and down for audio on cd tracks or mp3 tracks radio preset does not work, for radio it will do a seek.

what kind of head unit. some heads will work with the bt buttons and some wont.

I can't promise the ASWC-1 will get the Bluetooth buttons to work, but the installation procedure for your vehicle is shown here: ASWC-1 connections

It does mention how to program the Bluetooth buttons.

im not a fan of the aswc-1 because of the auto learning feature. I have only done a couple that customers have brought in but it seems that they dont like to learn the bt buttons.

At least with the pac swirc you can tell it which button is what.
