Neither has won or lost. when you get 60 percent software ( blu ray) vs 40 percent software sales (hd dvd) out of 1 percent against dvd. they are both duds....

IMO unless you think your psychic then you cannot predict the outcome of this war, you can give you opinion. But saying the war is over its very premature...

IMO if you have waited this long to buy a player well wait a little longer samsung or sharp cant quite remember right now is coming out with a dual format player that should retail around $600 and you know it wont be long till you see it at $400 or less.
