Im assuming you are talking 1080 upconversion used on a DVD ? What is better a upscaling blu ray player or a Hi end receiver?

well, I dont know for sure, BUt its close... A PS# will upconvert pretty good, to around a 720p it looks to me.. Its hard to tell when not under a scope..But some of the high end Denon, HK, Yamaha , Onkyo Receivers that have either a Faroudja or Reon chip Upscale is near reference.. But your gonna pay for it..
