blown .

amp was going to get reapaird by local shop but due to some recent events i will no longer do business with them . i was quoted 2 different prices the last one involved 60 fets,29 resistors ,drive card and few small caps .

after i showed the pic to another amp tech he made an intresting point the amp does not even have 60 fets lol .

also the shop only removed 24 fets so he thinks they were trying to screw me .

so here is the short version of the story , i give this local shop alot of business so they asked me to start referring them so i did to my buddy bigbassjoel , so he had a memphis amp that needed repair and here the night mare startes .

amp gets repaired but joel has to jump threw hoops and go directly threw memphis gets ***** on the repair cost and he has to ship the amp to my local shop

after repair amp still does not work after 2 months of back and forth shop does a reboard and ships anp no insurance and no signature ,amp gets stolen on joels porch .

so this whole time im involved with testing dealing with joel and trying to do what i can to insure the buyer that we are trying and its not joels fault. remind u i had nothing to do with the sale of the original blown memphis nor the sale that joel made . im just the fool who referred the shop and since im local to the shop i tried to get the issu eresolved .

so i call the shop and the shop startes giving me attitude ?

so we start argueing so before things get too intense i ask about my rd 7500.1 and thats when the repair price went up and it needs 60 fets,29 resistors , new drive card and misc small caps ,so i said screw it do not touch the amp im on my way to pick it up .

im done with shop i already found someone who will work on the amp but i have too many things for sale id rather sell as blown so im giving this amp 24 hrs before it gets sent to get repaired .

take a look from the pics i dont see any holes on the board or anything that tells me the amp is not fixable . all parts that were removed are include .

only trade id even consider is a pioneer active deck. as for the time how long does anyone really need to think? i mean if somebody is serious lets talk . i do not like to have stuff just lingering around so if it does not sell i will get it fixed

never got payment so sale is off amp will be repaired and amp will be sold @ later date
