Blown mojo 4k

i have a amp of my friends thats blown. It turns on but does not amplify the signal. It will output power, just a very small amount. Probably from the input signal.

i took the cover off to find 10 burnt resistors.

any idea how much a repair will be and where i can take the amp to have it fixed? what about value of the blown amp?
