if you can use the one side, go buy a plate to connect the two coils or wrap copper wire around them both. ghetto way to go but whatever works. plates are like 5 bucks. cant help you with the cone part

 
it may still work, but not to its potential. If one coil still works, you can use that coil, it would be like a single 2 ohm woofer. Alot of times, the outer coil will unravel and make the sub un useable, while the inner coil still reads just fine, but the sub won't work. PM me if you decide you would like to recone the woofer

 
i am interested in the recone for the woofer i but i have no money right now i emailed treo they wanted 85 plus return shipping fee. I dont have that kinda of money right now. Would you be willing to recone it for me? And what kinda price we talking about?

I have a zapco 4.0 and 6.0 that was stored in an area near the beach and corroded it pretty bad. Never was powered since it was stored working...

Everyone I found the problem it's the RCA cables, I had my electrician mate have a look and he pulled one of the cords halfway out and the subs...
