It's blown. Powers on, protect light is on, but the green LED pulses every ~20 seconds. It doesn't make a "click" noise you usually hear when it turns on. Missing the power set screw for the terminal (can be had for a few cents at a hardware store).
$100 + shipping. It does 1600 @ 1 ohm. Some say they have ran this at .5 daily. I've personally ran it at .75 for about a month with no problems. I loved this amp!
