Also you might be able to resolve this problem just by description ?

When i plug both the + and - into the amp the whole amp seems like it is burning on the inside even without the RCA's being hooked up and it having no signal....

i just hear some sizzling on the inside of the amp... not good. i think the amp is fux0red

I've got an mtx ta7402 ...one of the cells (cap?) is burnt and there are some black marks around the pins coming off the cooling unit. If you're interested at all I'll post pics.
