blown amp/ replacement?

Haven't been on here in years but amp just went out so here for advice. Amp is a RF 500x2 running DLS rm6.2 comps. Amp does not turn on. replaced fused and checked with DMM at connections. Power/ remote/ ground all look good. Is this amp still worth taking in to get checked out or just buy a new amp? this system is sitting in our beater car that's rarely driven so not looking to spend a ton. Any advice would be helpful!!! TIA.
