I have a sony Explode x2252 i think that is the model and i am runng to 12 in type R's I had the system up and bumping for about 4 days and then all of the sudden one of the fusses in the side of the amp blew. It has some lights on the top of it that all light up green and then there is one that says offset that lights up orange. But everytime i try and put a new fuse in it blows...There are also two little switches on the bottom that i don't know what they are either so if anyone can help that would be just dandy.. Thanks MIke

yeh i have it brigded out so that they are getting pushed a little harder because they need it and because they are dual 4 ohms...Yeh it is 2 channel...but does anyone know what the little switches on the bottom of the amp are for...

no i don't have the amps manual. If there is a channel blown how will you fix that... is it hard or expensive.. I was also wondering if there was anyone who had an amp that was big and cheap...Thanks

I've got a sony laying around my shop that you could get off me. It is used and I need to verify that it works first before I give you a price. But I've had this amp before and benched it. Manufacturer lists it to do 400watts into 2 ohms. But it actually does 598 into 2 ohms. Pretty impressive little amp (XM-D400P5). Like I said it is used and has some pretty ugly scratches on it, and I need to test it to verify that it works. But if it does and your cool with the marks, I'm sure we can work something out.
