Blowing AMP/SUB

I currently have a MTX 9500 12 single voice coil, and a MTX TA81001 currently @ 4 ohms. I want to know how I can blow my sub and my amp, so I have this store replace them for me brand new.

Well yes, the guy is a complete dick, he ****ed up my sub/amp. It sounds like crap, I want it replaced because it sounds like shit, and i'm pretty sure he ripped me off. I paid $500 for the sub and $600 for the amp.

Well Wiring an amp below its rated impudence will do damage, also the gain knob turned all the way up does damage too.

Two wrongs don't make right but thats not my place to judge or lecture you on.

No thanks to the $1 paypal, sounds like you will need that to pay for a new amp and sub.

Well the gain nob is all the way up, my sub just went out again, and what do you mean I have to pay for it again? If he doesn't cover the warranty I'll file a law suit.

Well you might not want to ask on a PUBLIC forum how to blow them and commit fraud. Once again its not my place to lecture you on it, just trying to help.

Not really a fraud, of corse i'm giving it back to him. This guy is an ******* and he should be reported to some sort of audio police (lol) this guy does not know how to run his business. Thats why I want to get a new one, and never have to deal with this person again.

Well I am pretty sure its fraud if you intentionally break them to activate the warranty. Also if you do have to take him to court threads like this could be potentially crippling to your case.

I'm not really doing anything illegal, I just have my system pounding constantly, and if it goes it, I want it warrantied.
