I returned 3 movies at the same time, they only received 2 of them.

I sent then an email 3 days ago, still no reply!!

I also decided to switch from 3 at a time plan to a 1 at a time plan.

Now they cant send me a movies because they have not received the one I sent them!

Plus, they have all 3 of the 4 movies I selected on long wait.

Once they find my movie I am cancelling this BS service

yea...I had netflix.

Decided to try BB because of the offer they had.

I've done both Netflix and BB...I'm still with BB. Sometimes it takes them an extra day or two to get movies out, or receive my movies. Netflix is definitely quicker to acknowledge/send movies out, but BB lets me bring back my rentals to my local BB and exchange them for free in-store rentals...Netflix can't touch that.

Also, I just use the free month trials... then cancel them.

And I use them whenever/repeatedly... so I never pay...

I like my BB service...they changed their plans to making u pay more for unlimited rentals now though

I just copy them onto my computer. 480p Xvid thru my Xbox 360 ftw!
