manual says plug into a surge protecter, when its always been plugged into a surge protecter.. calling them aint going to do shit, its 5 years old, warrenty has been up for 2 years.

u can still call and say hey i have this issue and i would like to speak to some one that can help. and when u get some one on the phone say hey i would like to try to fix this and most of the time the person 0n the other line would respect that u would like to give it a try and give u some advice how to fix it
