it sucks getting to work at 11 pm.

I registered for a morning class too...with a college advisor...but by the time I got to the data entry stage of the registration process, the class had already been filled up. now I look at the morning class again and there's magically one spot open...dean says he doesn't let you switch classes (even though it's the same class, but different sections)...

my alternative is to lose 20% of the money I paid for the evening class and then pay 100% of the morning class. So I'd be paying 120% for this one class in the end.

But after I saw my class, I'll keep the evening one...You know how it is, first day of class you're just checking out the people in your class & seeing if there's any fe's you'd wanna holla at or other people that could help you out....in other words, a non-lame group of people

What is with all the 100 level courses here? My schedule:

It's 14 credits total with most being upper-division electronics courses that are guranteed to kick your *** which is why I only take 2 of them a semester. I dropped Latin because when your mind is working mostly with numbers, learning a new language just messes you up.

Who do you have for 1035? I took 1035/1036 last year, with Amateis...she's amazing. Excellent teacher, although her tests can be a *****. The lab is cake, as long as you learn the correct format.

Ancient philosophy is the most boring class I have taken in recent memory. I literally find myself falling asleep throughout the entire hour while the professor goes over Plato's writings on Socrates. Then, once a week, we all get to have a roundtable discussion arguing trivial points over the writings of someone who has been dead over 2000 years. About the only philosopher that I find mildly interesting would be Camus, but I would hate to spend a semester just reading his stuff.
