Blackberry Users, come hither.

I currently have an iPhone 3G and love the phone, mostly because I have my music and videos on there and can hook it up in my Avy and have my music and videos play.

But I need more... and to be honest I'm getting bored of my iPhone. I'm looking into the Blackberry Bold. I really liked it when I played with one for a little bit at the AT&T store. I HATE the Storm. Idk why just can't stand it.

Plus the Bold has Wi-Fi which is a plus because I turn off 3G and switch to Wi-Fi when I'm at home, work, a friends house etc.

I have never owned a Blackberry, and want to hear from the owners how they like them preferably the Bold.

Sure, it has a full keyboard and can play music and videos and you can tap into your personal email and browse the internet but I think there are better devices for that.

Yeah, that is exactly what I need. Since I'm always texting, checking and sending e-mails etc. I'll probably buy an ipod classic to keep in my truck, thanks for the quick reply.

I sold my BB for my iphone. I dont regret it at all.

The only advantage the BB had over the iphone, an actual keyboard and cut and paste (iphone will get this in the next month or so...)

The advantages the iphone has over the BB, too many to list...

palm pre just came out today, very nice business phone similar function to the iphone and bb but cant run more than one app at a time.

Palm pre is a iphone wanna be lol.... it takes forever to load apps, and personally is not user friendly at all compared to the iphone...

You don't know what you are talking about. I got one and it outperforms the iphone I think. It can multitask and run many different apps at the same time. The user interface is slick as hell. I can do many things at once and operate it pretty fast. The card interface is also badass. It syncs with my online email and calendar while updating my contacts also. I like the gesture bar since it has many shorcuts.it took me 3 days to learn how to do everything. Once you know how to do it all you can operate it in blistering speed. It os a great business tool. It has been great for my job. I typed all of this with ease on my palm pre.

If the iPhone is boring you, you can always switch over to Windows Mobile. From there you can change your set up anytime you want whenever you get bored of one., Plus it has all o the other good points mentioned here.

get the Bold, you wont regret it. The LED notifier light on the front of blackberry's kills the iPhone by itself.

i went from a BB to a iphone and I regret it. granted the iphone has a lot of interesting apps. if you do a lot of texting/emailing, the BB will be the best for you. the palm pre disappoints me and it is sprints last try before they get bought out

I own a Curve and an Ipod Touch. Was The easiest way to go because my fat thumbs do not work well with the touch screen keyboard of the iphone. I get my bold in the mail hopefully Friday.

i look at it as....iphone is a toy...blackberry is a business tool...and thats pretty much the case as far as music and videos versus email and business applications.

it is supposed to be a nice blackberry which resembles both curve and bold..

the size of the Tour is in middle of curve and bold which makes it perfect and I heard the keyboard is the best on this phone..

Just thought I d tell you what I heard.. I own an iPhone, I am loving it, but I MISS qwerty keyboard BADLY so that is why I was poking around the idea of getting a blackberry again (I had a curve 8330 before, it was nice, very compact and durable) If I was about to get back to blackberry, I will definitely consider Tour..

thats for sure.. but now that iPhone is coming out with more features, it can be used for a lot of different reasons.. but yeah it being a "toy" kind of won me over..

I sometimes regret that I made the switch, only when the keyboard is pissing me off lol.. but other than that I'd say iPhone is impressive

Other than it being smaller than the bold and having a better camera, I really don't see anything that screams buy me over the bold.
