Ive got 13 of these phones. All are in decent condition, some have a few more scratches then others but all work flawlessly. These can be unlocked i believe and if someone is interested id be willing to try and unlock them for use with other sim carriers. These will come with batteries, but not chargers. However these use the mini-usb chargers which most people have anyway, or they can be found on ebay for
