umm i have a black light tat i want to put in my car....is there ne other way besides my ciggarette lighter....??i mean can i wire it to a fuse or sumthing..?

well how and which fuse should i wire it too.....i have cut the plug for the ligher off, and i just spliced those too little wires...so how should i do it
