if it makes them feel important just give them a month. not like it means anything anyways. if they really wanted anything other than a free hand out they would probably be more motivated throughout the year rather than just one month that no one cares about.

You know, truth be told I should have been offended when I saw that a month ago.........but I laughed at it now like I did then.

And Black History Month is irrelevant to me, even though im black. I know about my history and learn new things pretty much year round.
