Black art PPI Good find/should I buy?

So I was walking thru pawn america today and found this I was like "oh snap!"

its a PPI black art A404, they have it for sale for 69.99 but I'm wondering is it a little steep/try and talk them down? If I got it I would put it in the fiances Jeep or resale it or collect it, whatever.

The red art work is a little worn, but the black details on the amp itself looked pretty good.

personally, as a collector, i would pay 130-150 for it as long as the board is not in bad shape.
