However, any of the enclosures that have been sold have been not nearly in that condition. Take this for example:Yeah but we seen your beginning boxes LOL. You needed alot of practice. My first box looks as good as most people boxes that are selling now. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

No glue, silicone or wood filler. It's about cuts, cuts and more cuts. Measure until you think you've measured enough and do it three more times. Cannot stress that enough, good cuts will (always) equal good assembly. There isn't a magic trick to anything, you just need to want to make the customer happy. Either that or send him complimentary cocaine //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
Sorry for the threadjack, but I don't really care.
isnt jordan the one that built the sealed box tuned to 32 hz lmao
Why would you measure again after you cut it, that's the entire purpose of measuring in the beginning.not much of a thread to jack.... but your right, cuts are important. I measure 4 times than cut. and sometimes measure somemore. the guide on my table saw doesn't always stay sqaure so i have to sqaure it up every **** time i move it.. grr
