Billet Alum Alt Buss Bar

Problem: Supercharger kit designed for a factory cased alternator. Truck has a 220 amp "cop case" alt. that is a little bit larger than the stock case. The real problem is the charging post is on the back and is REALLY close to the intake. Factory cable was like 6ga and I had to run 0ga for the new alt. So what to do???

First make lots of aluminum scraps on floor.

It's not going anywhere. It has glue that melts as you shrink it. You can barely get it off when trying to.
