Heres a new toy for you guys to drool over

hydraulic crimper does sizes down to 8 AWG and up past 500 MCM It has innerchangable dies and will cut out when crimped perfectly! sort of how a torque wrench does. The cable will break before the crimp ever comes off!

Oh and another perk of being an electrician if you notice in the pic a roll of Scotch super +33 about $7+ a roll for this electrical tape it insulates up to 600 volts mine for free because my contractors love me so much!

What else is going in?!?!?!?! BTW nice lookin truck //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
Thanks

Well first off its getting put on Air bags

my airbag setup will include

kp customs 4link with cantaleiver setup (so its really a 6 link)

Slam bag specialtys 2800 size air bags

(2) 7 gallon air tanks

Engine driven compressor

Dakota Digital Air gages

My goal to get that done is by april first but i have a ticket i need to pay and a few doctor bills it will all depend on my tax returns. If its not done by april 1st then before july is my goal.

after that ill body drop the truck to the door and will be rollin on 24"s!

for the system Im playing with some ideas right now but im thinking 3 15xxx (new ones) in a blow through box flush mounted to the back cab wall. not sure about components though.

Ill make sure to keep updating as progress is made to my truck.

Comments?suggestions? Post away!

Bodydrop to the door on 24s? Doubt it. One has already been b/ded on 24s to the rocker and the hood wouldnt close. And do you plan on a stock floor b/d or traditional.

im not a fan of silvarados. my parents have a 1500 and its uncomfertable as hell to drive.

but so far you are doing a good job man. make sure you cover up that ugly yellow cable //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

sounds like a good plan. glad to see you're doing your air the right way(doing and edc). what kind of wheels are you going to get?

if you haven't heard of fullsizechevy.com, you should check them out. very knowledgable people on there.

A NBS silvo was body dropped on 24s? or a chevy in general? here is a chevy body droped on 24s not to the door though and it has no problem with the hood closing

well see what happens when i get that far but if the hood wont close then it will be time for me to get a custom fabricated hood. i was origionally thinking of traditional body drop but now after doing a little research i think ill go with the stock floor BD. Im also planning on chopping the top and if i do that and a traditional body drop my cab heighth will get pretty low.
