not exactly, he doesn't have to have always existed.

–adjective

1. without beginning or end; lasting forever; always existing (opposed to temporal ): eternal life.

If God is eternal, then he has to have no beginning or end, always existing and no end.

so if God is the something that is eternal, the he has to have always existed

who believes the apocalypse is coming in some way, shape or form? Does anyone believe that the world is going to end from war or anything after obama is president? I have a funny feeling about the next 4-8 years.
The quran predicts a judgement day. It states that nobody knows when it will be except God, but the day will come.

People back in Mohammad's time asked him about this, asked him if he knew when it would be/etc...he replied that he did not know, but it would be a time of chaos and when the world starts to revert back to it's God-less ways. He said wars would be being fought, greed and violence would prevail, hate and anger, and general global respect for Islam (and other religions of God) would be at its worst.

If nothing else, it's odd that 1. this seems to be what the world looks like now and is looking more and more like recently, and 2. the timing of other things such as the aztec or mayan or whatever calendar ending in 2012, a black president who people distrust/etc who will have finished his term in that year, etc

It certainly makes me think its very possible that 2012 may just be that day. But again, who knows, other than God.

seriously though, what are the possibilities god is real? If all energy is infinite and can take different forms, doesn't this indicate that we are eternal even after we die. maybe when we die we transfer to a different form of energy and go on for eternity. Isn't it a possibility that we have been around in different forms forever and might not need to rely on a god?

Really? I need to look in to that.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
the experiment failed and proved scientifically the big bang theory was false i believe.

Thats for you to decide, I told you my belief.

And if your refering to the particle accelerator then no it didnt prove anything

i've always been interested in this, it's like the four horseman have been released because the signs are perfect for the story told in the bible. It said that there would be spread of disease, war and starvation when they arrived.

so the particle accelerator didn't fail, it just left them in the same place they were before, right?

aren't you the one who is claiming that energy cannot be created or destroyed, which i believe, well if it can't be destroyed, and we are all basically from the same source of energy, wouldn't we almost have to be eternal in some way, shape or form? or a i just thinking to hard

I have to ask this question, sorry.

What does the bible provide in it's text that makes people believe it is true. Most religious people say there has to be a god. Why?

oh, and it said that the large hadron collider didn't complete it's operation because failure of some bending magnets of some sort. So, i guess it wasn't really put to the test.

kind of off topic, but did you know that when you look up into the sky, the stars you are seeing are actually what they looked like billions of years ago? That's how far out they are.

Listen man, "Everything that has a start does A, B, and C" is deeply flawed reasoning when talking about things that exist. Nothing has ever started to exist by more than definition alone based on our knowledge of the universe. All we ever witness is matter reforming, from one thing to another. We never have ever witnessed anything begin or end, we have merely witnessed things change. Many things come into existence tautologically, when their parameters have met the definition of a thing, then it becomes that thing, but there was no true beginning. Merely transition.

Ireally don't see how it could get much worse.

Seems like over the past 50 years, morals in general have really disintegrated

in America.
