Bigbangtheory........?

There is no way a place so complex as earth could exist without an intelligent designer. /Thread
How ****ing long do you think it took to "design" something so complex? What a stupid logic. It's impossible to "design" Everything started really simple (ie from ****ing bacteria) and things evolved, and got more complicated. Complex organisms didn't just "appear" randomly.

And if there is some god, you'd have to be pretty complex yourself to design life, so what designed that?

God said there was no beginning to me and there will be no end to me. (if your a religious person)
I meant comprehend as in..... understand that it has been said that the smartest man in 1000 years will be the dumbest man in a million
see, that is why i don't agree with religion. God didn't say nothing, because if he did, he should have just said he does exist and that we will all be taken by him at the end. Does he really think we are supposed to believe that he said that, he did create us after all.

good point, would that make god less complicated than what came before him? There is no reason why i should believe that god is infnite, he had to have been created from something.

There are scientists who believe that god is real, he is just a huge source of energy, but science has so far proved that energy can not be created without time. So, if god is real, he must be something else other than energy. If that makes any sense?
I agree.....

As humans we MUST have an explanation for everything..... stupid scientists spend there lives trying to make sense of something. We live our lives trying to make sense of stuff. When it comes to making something from nothing we turn away, because we cannot accept that fact. We have been programmed to believe there is an explanation, a beginning, a reason, and an end to everything.

What if there is just something far greater that has no beginning.... no reason.... no explanation... and no end???

No, not the member, the real deal.
People claim the universe has expanded from a primordial hot and dense initial condition at some finite time in the past, and continues to expand to this day. i don't believe this and it just keeps pushing the question of how the universe was created further back.

Let the debate begin.
Nope I do not accept the big bang as the beginning theoryof the universe because that isn’t what the theory is about.

Although, I do accept the theory with what it actually defines, as the best explanation for our observations, and massively supported by a robust amount of evidence, accumulated over decades world wide.

I don't speak, I float in the air wrapped in a sheet

I'm not a real person, I'm a ghost trapped in a beat

I translate when my voice is read through a sismograph

And a noise is bred, picked up and transmitted through Royce's head (AAHHH)

Trapped him in his room, possessed him and hoist his bed

Till the evilness flows through his blood like poisonous lead

Told him each one of his boys is dead

I asked him to come to the dark side, he made a choice and said

At it's base, that's all religion and the concept of "god(s)" is. In early human history people believed in gods like the sun god and whatever else you have, they did this because they couldn't explain any other way. It was the same for the greeks. With the modern day god, it gives people an answer to the "why/how we're here". The truth this there isn't any reason we're here, it's just life. Humans will come and go just like any other life form.

No one will EVER know how the universe was formed. It's impossible. "God" is an extremely elementary idea, it still leaves the question of what created whatever existence there is. Like I say, who created god?

that is really possible IMO, maybe our brains can only comprehend so much. Maybe our minds are just playing with our perception of reality?

it just keeps pushing the question back further, but have you ever wondered if somehow we are the same eternal energy somehow. Therefore we may all be living off one another in a cycle of life and death.Maybe we just look at death like it is a bad thing, whoever said death was a bad thing? Could that just be our minds playing tricks on us, maybe death is a good thing. I mean, we don't know what happens until we die?

without a way to explain our existence there would be chaos and confusion.

keeps many people in order and under moral codes and ethics.

if you get people to believe in something your saying it gives YOU power over them.

that is because back in the day, people looked for a reason to create a religion because it was crazy back then. Which is another reason why, religion could be nothing more than a way to keep us in order. I mean, religion really does not make sense, there are many forms of it, and all are different. HMMM, makes me wonder why.

exactly.. they discovered stuff from those ancient times that is almost as advanced as some stuff we have today but it was mostly destroyed

societies thrive off of religion, they need it to keep control, they use advanced methods to get people to believe in what their saying

if you have the answer to life you have nothing to worry about.. if you don't, it gives fear, people don't want fear so you give them what they want to hear
