Big problem with system

I am having some strange issue.

1. When i turn it up my mids keep cutting off. I though it was because one is blown, but i was wrong due to this:

When the car is OFF, i can turn up my mids, When the car is ON they cut off at a lower volume. Maybe my amp is messed up or something, i dont know

When your car is running, the voltage is higher, and thus you get more power from your amp. It sounds like to me the protection circuit is kicking on becasue you are sending too much power while the car is running. Turn down your gains just a little bit

why would the protection circuit turn on, my mids can hanle 150 rms

You could be clipping the amp, which would equal a lot more power. Go adjust your gain and see if it helps, then come tell the results.

And, are your mids the only thing powered by this amp?

When you say the mids stop working, does your amp turn off, go into protect, or does it stay on and operational?

well, i turned the gains down, and i can turn it up more obviously, but its not loud. hell, my stock is louder, I know what these mids can do. i guess i am running them at a low impedance. I got em bridged and yes the xxx's are d2.

at 4 ohms bridged the amp does 150 x 2

also, i 75 percent sure the amp stay on. i will go check now, but when i have the car off, they get loud, and i can turn em up. then dont cut off.

This says 4 ohms bridged (which is the minimum), so that's got to be what your problem is. And the difference is with the higher voltage when your car is running like I said before. It could be alright when the car is off because it's not pumping as much power out. But when your car is running, it can give more power, and when it outputs more power at a lower ohm load then reccomended, your amp can/will have problems.
