You know that amp is not a 3000 watt amp. Its a 1700 watt amp if its not overrated

Wire each sub to 2ohms then wire them together to 1ohm. Then you will get the full output of your 1ohm stable amp.

HAHAHA just do it dude. Worrying about blowing a pyle sub is like worrying about dropping a chicklet on the ground. They are a dime a dozen. They aren't meant to last and so they don't. If you get a couple minutes of pleasure out of them you're **** lucky. After that you're just left with a bad taste in your mouth.
