i have a 92 towncar so what i did if u dont know already is to get a good 1/0 guage wire get sumthing like stinger or a good amount of wire in it u may need like around maybe

4 feet to get to the battery to the alternator the extra

You would have to cut away any plastic cover that is on the alternator post so that u can fit the 0 gauge on it and i also have a 4 guage on the post because if u remove the factory harness from the dst.box the 4 gauge wire acts on the fuse that runs the alternator should be like a 10 fuse in the box but also run the 4 gauge same as the 0guage

1 foot can go to the post for the distrubution box rite next to the battery the little post with the red cap on it

about 5 feet to ground the block where i grounded my block was where the alternator is the two bolts that stands up the alternator from the pully and run it tword the battery and ground it to the frame if u look down to the ground or crawl under the car u can see the frame and a good spot to where the fan is not going to cut the wire up i tucked it between my spark plugs on my coil pack and over the valve cover away from the fan

It works well for me because im running alot of power and i noticed a big difference in my system my gains on my amps are turned down since ive done this and seems alot more powerful and gives the car alot more power when driving

my alt is only 95 amps changing soon

and the battery im switching to a shruriken bt-100
