Big 3 most important wire

Which of the big 3 wires would be the most important? I just finished installing my amp and I have a little bit of 4 gauge wire left, but I seriously doubt I have enough to upgrade more than one of the big 3. So which one would you choose if you were going to do the big 1?

You might as well go ahead and get a better ground from your battery to chassis, it won't hurt anything.
