I know its not optimal, but I have some extra stinger 4ga laying around. Would it even be worth it to do it in 4ga, or is it a waste of time. Or is it one of those things where any upgrade is better than nothing?

Equipment is in my sig...Thanks

Its stinger, its no where near as thick as my memphis 4ga is. And its actually less than a 5ft run. I guess its better than nothing. I am only running maybe 1000-1200rms

Ok, so I was out there today to try and get this done, and I have 2 questions

1. The stock power wire goes to the starter first. So just leave that as is and run the new wire straight to the alt?

2. On my alt, I found the little rubber boot. When i pulled it down, there was 2 wires in there (I assume +/-). Is this the right location?

Thank you
