black tie depends on price of tv. i'd said bring only the receipt to BB and tell them u want the black tie 4yr on ur new purchase and if they sweetn the deal with the buy back program, take it with no questions. worth the investment. trust me im tryn a blow my 52" LG led right now so i can get the new version of it=)

worst comes to worst, im going to throw a heater back of my tv and let it burn lol.

BB is a company like wal-mart, all they can do is warranty a defective item.

I got a 50" Samsung plasma (MSRP at the time was $1200) and a Samsung home theater system (MSRP $400) for $700. Sold the home theater for $200 on craigslist. Wow, you are indeed a scammer. So sad to see that you can not afford a new TV and thus decide to basically lie and cheat to get one...perhaps a better job would be the correct answer or try living with in your means.

A warranty is one thing. However, you are doing everything you can to damage an item so you can take it back and get the new version. That is scamming Best Buy. So indeed you are a scammer. If you can not afford to buy a new TV that you think you have to have, then perhaps you should lower your expectations of what you can have. All you are doing is making it harder for any company to validate ever having a warranty.

I'm not trash talking on the computer, I'm telling you facts. If you were local, I would tell you face to face..your a thief in my eyes and anyone else who has a shred of decency in them.

The system is wrong all the time. I used to work at BestBuy. People make mistakes..

Be happy, and keep it on the DL. Enjoy that ish, spend the rest on audio or hookers. Or both..
