Best way to wire for amp/sub removal?

Hey Guys,

I'm slowly getting ready to drop an amp and sub(s) into my 2005 Mercury Mariner. But, since I DJ weddings, I have a lot of gear to carry around, I need to make sure I can safely, easily, and quickly remove the amp and sub.

What is the best way to wire this or deal with the wires when the amp isn't there for them to be hooked up to? Do quick disconnects for power/ground wire exist? Do I need to cover the power wire when it's not in use or just take out the fuse?

This question is pretty noobish, because I've never been in this situation before.
