Best SQ Head Unit for $200

Hey guys so HU's are probably where I am most confused. I need to stay around $200 for the HU no more than 230 and as said in the title I am looking for sound quality from the HU, doesn't have to be flashy or anything but I plan to play my ipod off it so it needs some accessories haha.

The speakers I plan on getting are Polk MM6501's (125W RMS, 2.7 ohm)

The amp I plan on getting: Crescendo 1000C4 4 channel amp (125W x 4, operating voltage: 9.5V to 16V does this make a difference? Do I need to find a HU specifically for this voltage?)

I am only replacing front speakers in my car so I can bridge 2 channels for a sub.

Pre-amp RCA outputs confuse me; do I just need 2 pairs? 1 for speakers and 1 for sub? And does the pre-amp volts make a difference? i.e. 2V vs. 4V

So what do you guys think I should do? Any HU's in particular come to mind?

Edit: I was looking at the Clarion DXZ785USB, overall it seemed like a VERY solid choice. However, every time I find something suitable I look online and can't find it selling anywhere and this turned out to be no exception -.- so stressful.
