Best amp for $250

My friends going to be buying a new amp in 2 weeks. Hes wanting to spend about $250 shipped.

He needs about 1600-2000 @ 1 ohm.

Yall think hifonics brutus is the best? ive heard good things about hifonics and all the reviews are about 5 starts for it.

Find the Hifonics BX1605D,, not the BXi and the 1605D is only $200 dollars at Ikesound.
