Best Amp for 2 SA-12 D2's? Budget! (300$)

Your options are pretty limited at $300 unless you go used. Especially at 2 ohms.

Even a Hifonics BRZ2400 would barely be giving them RMS power at 2 ohms and it's $280 and probably the cheapest option you've got.

You could strap 2 Audiopipe APSM1500s and turn the gain down, too.

uh, they are 600 RMS each, at 2 ohms with the BRZ is around 850 RMS. i dont want to push them too far, like i'll go to 1000RMS but i dont wanna risk hurting them.

If you have 2 SA-12's wire them at 1 ohm and get the BRZ-2400 or Soundstream rub2500 for 281... Ether way they will do fine..

yeah, but i want to be careful, you know?
Wire them at 1 ohm.... Then turn your gain to 1/4 and not a notch past until you feel they are capable of handling more. A sub will tell you when its given too much power or clipped. You can not only hear a difference they will smell and heat up. Smell is an easy way to tell you are overpowering or clipping though.. Just pay attention to them and you will be fine its better to overpower subs and not clip than underpower and turn the gain to 100 percent trust me I know from experience..

soundstream rubi 1600 at .5 sounds like winner

Since you have 2 d2s, you can't wire them at 1 ohm, unless it's each to its own amp. an amp that puts out 2400 @ 2 or 4 will be expensive. I think two smaller amps would be easier/cheaper. OP, if you're going to run 2 subs, get two d4s for future reference!

wire them as 4 ohm each speaker, then together back to 2 ohm, find an amp that does 1500 at 2ohms, box will deteremine if they can take more power,

here is 4 d2 12's in a 4th
