Best amp for 2 12" MTX Subwoofers at decent price

I have 2 12" MTX RT Subwoofers, 400 watt peak/200 watt rms EACH

Is a Rockford fosgate p4002 one of the best, most affordable amps for them? the p4002 does 2x200 RMS @ 2 ohm, and I have the subs currently wired in parallel to give it the 2 ohm load so i can bridge it and make it mono. I think this amp would be the best to make my subs bump. I'm pretty sure that the p4002 is 2 Ohm stable, but if someone could back me up on that, that would be great. If you have any other options for my subs, that would be great. can someone tell me if the p4002 is 2 ohm stable when bridged, i know its 4 ohm stable when bridged.

is it better to have mono or 2 channel amp because i want to keep the subs in parallel wirin and bridge the 2 into 1 channel @ 2 ohms.
