how are they with their extended warrantys?

i bought a dvd player and it broke they said 2-3 weeks to get it fixed but most likely it will be done faster?

anyone bought something and had it break and how long did it take to fix?

yea i had a sony dvd player go out on me and since i had the warranty they just gave me a new one after they did a lil testing on mine

i dont like there warentee and fixing stuff, something wasnt working on my labtop they shipped it out to get fixed a month and a half later they finally figured out that it was lost in the mail. so they had to give me a new one.

I got that shit on all the stuff I bought at CompUSA when I was there. I didn't like my camera anymore, so I took it in, said it was broken, and got a new one. They didn't carry the model any more, so I got a credit towards a new one. Balla!
