How many of y'all been on Benzodiazepines? I had an anxiety attack last week for the first time. The pills make me feel pretty good. I had some mood swings at first but now I feel so chill and want more.

Doctor put me on Clonazepam, but since my anxiety overlaps with depression it probably isn't the best treatment for now.

Nah, I'm not bipolar. Just so much stress from school, money, family etc... Depression also runs in my family so idk, I gotta see a shrink. But **** I love being so chill. I really don't give too much of a **** about anything right now.

I did Xanax recreationally a few times. This give me some crazy dreams though. I'm running outta meds so it looks like its time to hit up the doc and see if I can get something else. It really messes with my workout activities because of the muscle relaxant properties. Snorting 1mg really gives some crazy head high, at first its like a super euphoria and now I don't want to move.

I have anxiety and depression. I'm currently back in school and my anxiety is through the roof. I feel for you man. I have to get on something now for it, or once again I'm not going to make it through school. Anxiety is one of the worst feelings in the world. I feel like the alien is trying to bust out of my chest.

Etizolam? Similar to Valium, etc., only it's more potent by the mg and has a far less dependency rate.

And yes, I've done Benzos. I actually have anxiety and depression as well. College threw me through so many emotions and stress that I ended up not going to class and sitting in my room all day.

I'll eventually go back, but I've decided to go soul searching for a while instead.

Same here. Glad I'm not the only one experiencing these issues. It was weird though, I was having a good weekend with a few hiccups then I wake up the next morning and thought i was havinga heart attack.

It scared me because my paternal side of the family has heart disease so I didnt know what was going on. Ugh, **** my genetics.

Ya. Pretty much every day sucks. Always some shit going on. I'm always told you should enjoy your life. I endure it. But hey, what options do I have.

How do you escape your worst enemy when it's yourself?

I have a very active imagination and have thought about ******* or going postal but I never have.

Man, I thought this thread would end up.about drug usage but it started to turn pretty dark. I'm just going to.finally get some meds that work, start exercising and start gettin ***** again.

Buck, what you said about enduring life is true. I used to only enjoy life partying and playing video games. Now it just seems like a chore or waste.

I normally dont give a **** when it comes to getting **** done except for schoolwork. Maybe there is something hidden.inside my psyche that is causing this.

You guys need to learn to not give a ****... makes everything super chill... granted, I don't get much done with my school or anything... but I'm never really unhappy, it's awesome.
I have tried, but it's not that simple. See, even when I'm asleep, I still have anxiety and depression. I'm to the point now where my dreams are crazy and I wake up with anxiety. It's to a point now where it's having a major physical effect on my body. I could go in to details but I'll just say I feel like shit mentally and physically every single day.

I always found clonazepam / klonopin to be very pleasant & have longer lasting effects than xanax. Vallium never did a **** thing for me. You just don't wanna take any benzos for more that a couple weeks at a time, or drive on em or anything stupid like that. Exercise, proper diet & stopping using any blow or speed or anything like that will go a long way tward getting you back on an even keel.
