I was wondering, i wanted to bench test couple amps. So i wanted to see, i

can use my car battery charger/sears/2/45/200amp, to supply power to all the testing

equipment, like the radio,eq,amps. Of course each item will be fuse protected,

so is this okay to do? or just hook up to a charged 12v car battery? thanks for

any advice..

sounds smokey to me....

also, forgot that would it be better to use a psu/500w, from a pc, would that be any different, same? like if i was going

to setup a car system for home, but use it test car audio equip.

your're right i totally forgot those are only rated for 15a. the 12v bench power supply unit

are very pricey for even a 50a ps.

Guess i can charge up my yellowtop and have my charger on at 2a trickle and then hookup everything

to it to test..
